Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classifications I–II; 2. Ability to give informed consent; 3. male or female patients aged 18–65 years; 4. gastrointestinal tumor patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to the electrode; 2. history of neuromuscular, renal or hepatic disease; 3. treatment with drugs known to affect neuromuscular function;
