Interventions

Fasted group :fasting for 8 h before surgery
Placebo group:fasting until 2h before surgery, 300ml water is givin
CHO (oral carbohydrate administration) group:fasting until 2h before surgery, 300ml carbohydrate is given

28 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy women with elective cesarean section; ASA grade I, II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with gestational diabetes, hypertension and other gestational diseases; patients suffered liver and kidney injury with coagulation dysfunction; Patients who cannot receive epidural anesthesia.
