Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, 18-65 years old and signed the consent; 2. Diagnosed as migraine without aura and migraine with aura (Migraine with typical aura Retinal migraine) according to the diagnostic criteria specified by the International Classification of Headache Disorder, 3rd edition (ß version ); 3. Migraine present for at least one years and patients having 2-14 attacks per month; 4. Moderate to severe pain (VAS=3.6) which affected the work and learning.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having analgesics more than 10 times due to the migraine attacks every month; 2. Special types of migraine such as ophthalmoplegiahemiplegic migraine type; 3. Cluster headache, tension-type headache and other secondary headache disorders; 4. Combined with diabetes mellitus and hepaticrenal hematopoietic system and other serous primary diseases; 5. Having severe mental disease or allergies; 6. Pprophylactic drugs of migraine such as ß-blockerscalcium channel blockersantiepileptic drugs and so on were taken in the past 3 months.
