Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are scheduled to undergo surgery under central neuraxial blockade; 2. Aged >=65years; 3. ASA I-III; 4. Obtained written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicate to central neuraxial blockade; 2. Lumbar trauma, history of spine surgery, scoliosis.
