Group A:3ug/kg dexmedetomidine intranasal
Group B:dexmedetomidine intranasal 3ug/kg + chloral hydrate 50mg/kg orally
Group C:dexmedetomidine intranasal 3ug/kg + Sevoflurane inhalation
Group D:2.5% sevoflurane inhalation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In my medical center, ASA grade I~II, children aged 1 to 6 years old with MRI plain scan. The time required to scan the part is <30min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney disease; a history of drug allergy or surgery contraindications; asthma; neurological diseases; genetic metabolic diseases
