Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 18 and 80 years old, male and female were not limited to; 2. Patients who needed spinal nerve root block due to neck and shoulder pain, lumbago and leg pain, intercostal neuralgia; 3. Those who had normal cognitive ability and agreed to multiple blood glucose tests; 4. Fasting blood glucose was less than 6.1mmol/L, and any blood glucose less than 7.8mmol/L, HbA1c was less than 6.5% of non-diabetic patients; After insulin injection or oral hypoglycemic drugs, fasting blood glucose was controlled at less than 7mmol/L. Any blood glucose was less than 10mmol/L, HbA1c less than 7; In group 2, fasting blood glucose was controlled at 7-10mmol/L, Hba1c < 8 after insulin injection or oral hypoglycemic drugs. 5.The diabetes group requires the same physical exercise, diabetes diet and anti-diabetic treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with long-term cortisol use or who had received cortisol within 3 months; 2. Hypertensive patients with poor control (blood pressure more than grade 2 in quiet state); 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or pregnancy patients; 4. Patients with systemic infection or local lesions or infected persons; 5. With mental disorders during treatment, or drug abusers; 6. Who are allergic to drugs used during spinal nerve root block; 7. Refuse to accept this study.
