Group A:Gushukang capsule 4 grain/per time twice a day
Group B:femostone (2/10)
Group C:Gushukang capsule + femostone (Gushukang capsule 4 grain/per time twice a day, and femostone (2/10) 1 grain per day)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the recommendations of the International Society for Clinical Bone Density (ISCD) in 2007 and the American Academy of Radiology (ACR) in 2013, the patients who have osteoporosis or osteopenia; (2) Perimenopausal women or women who have been menopausal for more than one year; (3) women aged 40-60 years; (4) Climacteric-related symptoms (FSH=25IU/L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with chronic nephritis, uremia, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, chronic gastroenteritis, liver disease, diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis and Cushing syndrome can cause secondary osteoporosis; 2. Ovariectomy; 3. Those who have used hormones, calcitonin or other drugs that affect bone metabolism in the past three months; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or liver and kidney failure.
