Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years; 2. The chest CT indicates malignant lung lesion, which is confirmed by pathological histology as invasive lung cancer; 3. Karnofsky performance scores=70; 4. All patients did not receive chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other special treatments before this treatment; 5. To assess the systemic metastasis, surgical operations were performed in patients meeting the surgical guidelines and bronchoscope or lung biopsy were performed in the others without surgical opportunity.No obvious liquefactive necrosis was found in the biopsy tissue, and 3 or more tissue strips were obtained; 6. The patient has good compliance and signs the informed consent; 7. Meet the requirements of the clinical research ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other peripheral nerve injury diseases at the same time; 2. HIV antibody positive, or other acquired or congenital immunodeficiency diseases, or a history of organ transplantation; 3. Administration of high-dose glucocorticoid or other immunosuppressive agents within 1 months; 4. History of malignant tumors other than the target tumor within 5 years, except the cured skin basal cell carcinoma and carcinoma in situ of cervix; 5. Serious medical clinical problems not under control (e.g.serious mental, neurological, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases); 6. The investigator believes that it is not appropriate to participate in this study.
