Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 3-12 years old male and female; (2) in line with the diagnosis and treatment standards of hydronephrosis; (3) lesions were confirmed by abdominal ultrasound and CT; (4) because of various reasons did not go medical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of abdominal surgery; severe perforation with severe perforation, moderate to severe dehydration, toxic shock, high abdominal distension, severe malnutrition and hyperthermia; combined with nervous system, severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, and malignant tumors; Have contraindications such as anesthesia and pneumoperitoneum; family members who do not comply or cannot complete the subject
