Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged at least 18 years; 2) imaging confirmation (CTA/MRA/DSA) intracranial and extracranial arterial occlusion; 3) mechanical thrombectomy (including but not limited to Meci, reclaimable stents, thrombectomy and other vascular recanalization techniques); 4) thrombolysis / angioplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2) patients with renal failure; 3) platelets below 50*10^9.
