18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologic or cytologic diagnosis of carcinoma in bone, with clinical evidence of metastasis and the primary site not clear after the following work-up: (1) Complete history and physical; (2) Laboratory evaluation including HCGCEACA199CA153CA125FPAPSA, et al. (3) PET/CT or systemic radiologic evaluation including, at a minimum, computerized tomography (CT) of chest, abdomen and pelvis and bilateral mammography for female patients. 2. Patients aged at least 18 years and have a Zubrod performance status 0-2; 3. Patient without contraindication of surgery; 4. Patients without previous malignant visceral tumor; 5. Patients should sign the agreements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous malignant visceral tumor; 2. Patient with contraindication of chemotherapy or target therapy; 3. Pregnant.
