Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults who undergo a thyroid ultrasound during a health check-up; 2. Respondents did not know whether they had thyroid nodules; 3. Have a certain listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, can independently and correctly understand and fill in the questionnaire; 4. Informed consent to the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed patients with thyroid nodules; 2. With serious heart, liver, renal insufficiency, respiratory failure or malignant tumor; 3. Have history of other endocrine and autoimmune diseases; 4. Have a history of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder; 5. Receiving psychotherapy or psychotropic drugs.
