Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cleft Lip and palate surgery; 2. ASA grade I or II; 3. aged 5 months-8 year children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with heart disease, liver and kidney disease, as well as respiratory tract infections; 2) There is a coagulation disorder; 3) damage to the skin of the corners of the mouth before surgery; 4) Allergies to erythromycin eye ointment.
