Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 to 65 years, male and female; 2. Newly diagnosed ITP (platelet count < 30 x 10^9/ L); 3. Understand the research process and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors need to be treated; 2. Infected HIV, HCV,HBVorTreponema pallidum; 3. Having serious heart, kidney or liver dysfunction; 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Combined with other serious diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, and gastric ulcer; 6. Havingcontraindications with use of glucocorticoids and sirolimus; 7. Suffering from lung infections or serious infections in other parts of the body; 8. With unhealed large wound or incision; 9. Cannot follow up as scheduled; 10. The investigator believes not suitable for clinical trials for other reasons.
