Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 40-75 years or 10 years before the age the relative was diagnosed; (2) individuals with 1 FDR with CRC at <60 years or with 2 or more FDRs with CRC at any age; (3) have not had a colonoscopy before; (4) with access to We-chat themselves or through close family members living in the same household; (5)able to read and speak Chinese. (6) living in Shenzhen
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) have history of cancer or inflammatory bowel disease; (2) recently participate in another study or previously participated in cancer risk counseling or study; (3) with doctor-diagnosed psychiatric illness.
