18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) uremia has been diagnosed and is currently undergoing hemodialysis treatment; (2) pruritus in accordance with relevant diagnostic criteria in literature; (3) no use or discontinuation of other drugs for the treatment of pruritus for more than 1 week; (4) no other diseases causing itching of the skin; (5) voluntarily participate in the experimental study and have signed the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >180 and/or diastolic blood pressure >110mmHg); 2. NYHA has grade III and IV cardiac functions; 3. severe anemia (Hb<60g/L); 4. participating in other similar clinical trials within 12 weeks prior to the trial or the trial; 5. patients with severe anxiety, communication and communication disorders who are unable to complete the investigator or are known to be allergic to the test drug ingredients.
