Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prediabetic patients (fasting blood glucose 6.1-7.0 mmol/L, or (and) 2-hour blood glucose 7.8-11.1 mmol/L) were diagnosed by 75g OGTT, aged between 20-70 year old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients combined with other gastrointestinal diseases, antibiotics or drugs (including oral hypoglycemic agents and probiotics, diuretics and alkaline drugs) might affect the composition of intestinal flora in the past months.
