Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In-patients of the undergraduate department, the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease stage 5 has been made, and hemodialysis treatment has begun or is about to begin; 2. Arteriovenous fistula plasty or balloon dilatation of arteriovenous fistula were completed in this hospital. The function of internal fistula was good after operation; 3. Willing to participate in the research and be able to follow up by telephone for a long time; 4. Persons over 18 years of age with complete behavioral ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other serious complications affecting grip exercise, such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and limb paralysis; 2. There are diseases that seriously affect the survival time of patients, such as advanced malignant tumors.
