Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed the informed consent; ASA I-III; 20-80 years old; selective thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmental pulmonary resection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anaphylaxis of narcotic drugs; Have a history of chronic pain or taking analgesics; Having neurological or mental disorders; Rib fracture or inflammation of the rib membrane; Emergency surgery or secondary surgery; History of alcohol and drug abuse; Severe organ failure and coagulation dysfunction; Severe postoperative complications occurred and were sent to ICU for further treatment.Neurovascular edema; Patients cannot communicate and cooperate normally
