Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes was diagnosed for the first time (according to the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes established by WHO in 1999); 2. The age ranged from 18 to 75 years; 3. Permanent resident population in the community; 4. No psychotropic drugs were taken before admission; 5. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and fill out informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type I diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus and secondary diabetes mellitus; 2. Complicated with serious complications of heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot and nervous system; 3. Patients with inconvenience of movement, mental disorders and mental disorders; 4. At the same time suffering from tumors, patients received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the past six months; 5. Patients who are participating in other similar research projects; 6. Those who are unwilling to cooperate.
