20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-39 years old; 2. No shift work within 3 months; 3. Stable and regular sleep, 6 to 10 hours per night, began 1 week before the experiment; 4. Regular daily work and activities began 1 week before the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 40; 2. Patients with acute or (and) chronic cardiopulmonary diseases; Smoking more than 10 cigarettes a day; 3. Long-term alcoholic behavior; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with insomnia of any type (including sleep disorder when changing the environment); 6. Moderate or above sleep apnea; 7. The natural sleep test cannot produce three or more cycles of sleep; 8. Any loss of sleep or abnormal sleep order during the natural sleep test; Abnormal sleep patterns or sleep behavior during natural sleep testing.
