18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The gastric pathological biopsy confirmed that it is primary gastric adenocarcinoma; 2. The tumor is single focal; 3. The clinical stages are determined by preoperative auxiliary examination (enhanced CT/MRI examination and/or ultrasonic gastroscopy); 4. The stage belongs to cT2-4N0-3M0; 5. Aged 18 to 70 years; 6. The grading condition of ECOG 0 to 2; Patients can tolerate standard gastric cancer D2 lymphadenectomy; 7. No major organ (heart, liver and kidney) chronic disease; 8. Able to understand the status of this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with linitis plastica, gastric stump carcinoma, recurrent carcinoma in gastric remnant or multiple primary malignant tumors in abdominal and pelvic cavity; 2. Patients with the history of upper abdomen surgery; 3. Metastatic gastric cancer confirmed by surgery; 4. Non-gastric cancer confirmed by postoperative pathological examination; 5. Sub-standard lymph nodes lymph nodes retrieval or pathologic report; 6. history of allergic diathesis to iodides; 7. history of allergic diathesis to ICG.
