Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are diagnosed with mandibular body fractures ,and the open reduction and fixation are performed through introral incision; 2. Informed consent to the clinical trial was obtained from patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systematic diseases, such as coronary artery disease, uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes; 2. Patients unable to participate in consent procedures and clinical assessments; 3. contraindications to general anesthesia operation.
