Interventions

Lung-protective ventilation:tidal volume (VT)6-8ml, PEEP 5 cmH2O, maintenance of plateau pressure <30 cmH2O, 30s of 30 cm H2O CPAP every 30 min,
conventional mechanical ventilation :mechanical ventilation with a tidal volume of 8 to 10 ml per kilogram of predicted body weight,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anesthesiologists physical status score II/III, ARISCAT Score 26-44(27,28), postoperative abdominal band fixation is required

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative hypoxemia, heart disease, serious liver and kidney damage, history of thoracic and abdominal surgery, history of drug allergy, those with reflux aspiration, abnormal increase of intraoperative peak inspiratory pressure,the tracheal catheter cannot be pulled out after the operation., patients transferred to ICU after surgery.

respiratory failure, respiratory infection, atelectasis, pneumothorax, bronchospasm and aspiration pneumonia and other pulmonary complications, patients were followed up for 7 days.;
