Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar single-segment fusion surgery, including any segment of L1/L2, L2/L3, L3/L4, L4/L5, L5/S1; patients with unilateral total hip arthroplasty, unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2. Aged between 21-65 years old; 3. Normal coagulation function, no long-term use of anticoagulant, no history of coagulation abnormalities; 4. There was no major history of trauma or surgery within 6 months before operation, no abnormalities in liver and kidney function, no previous history of special major diseases; 5. Complete self-determination ability, able to complete the project, informed and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term history of taking anticoagulant drugs, venous thrombosis, abnormal blood coagulation, abnormal liver and kidney; 2. Diabetes, hypertension, severe osteoporosis, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or tumors; The weak constitution cannot tolerate surgery patients.
