60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged over 60years; Imaging confirmed single lumbar spondylolisthesis, with the degree of spondylolisthesis within grade III; lower back pain with or without lower limb sensation, motor damage; Conservative treatment is ineffective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lumbar spondylolisthesis in 2 or more segments; Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis exceeding grade III; X ray film with coronal instability or degenerative scoliosis (Cobb > 25 degree); Dysplasia of spinous process or too close spacing of spinous process; Previous lumbar spine surgery; The patient's body cannot tolerate the operation.
