Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A parent history of renal failure with SHPT; 2. The value of iPTH more than 600pg/ml; 3. With at least one enlarged possible ectopic SHPT nodule disclosed by ultrasound; 4. The 99mTc sestamibi scan showed the nodule had radionuclide concentration on both early and delay phases; 5. All patients receieved PTX.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to contrast agent; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3. Surgical pathology could not be obtained
