Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, and to calculate the median effective dose of sufentanil in inhibiting tracheal intubation response (ED50); Patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting were 48-59 years of age, BMI 18.6-23.5 kg/m2, ASA II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiac membrane disease, arrhythmia, hepatic and renal insufficiency, combined with respiratory disease, central nervous system disease, metabolic disease, difficult airway, three-branch coronary artery disease, hypertension or diabetes history more than 10 years,EF 35%; With a history of heart surgery
