Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18 years old to 70 years old; 2) histologically confirmed nonkeratinizing carcinoma of nasopharynx; 3) Karnofsky sores =70; 4) indication to CCRT; 5) written informed consent and complete the follow up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients had history of mental or psychological disease, hematological diseases, other malignant tumors and took more than 4 months from diagnosis to radiotherapy were all excluded from the study; previous surgery (apart from excisional biopsy); with liver and kidney dysfunction.
