Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical stage of rectal cancer is stage IV; 2. With severe chronic diseases; 3. With important organ dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With any contraindications; 2. With severe chronic diseases; 3. With important organ dysfunction; 4. Patients and their families have poor compliance.
