Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients (> 1 day) (include emergency observation patients) aged 15 to 80 years; 2. Chronic liver diseases caused by various causes (ALT, AST, GGT, AKP, total bilirubin or prealbumin any abnormality more than 6 months); 3. Within 4 weeks, the following six new items were found, which accorded with at least one item: (1) Acute liver injury (ALT or AST > 3 NL, or total bilirubin > 2 NL); (2) Gastrointestinal bleeding; (3) Hepatic encephalopathy; (4) Ascites; (5) Hepatorenal Syndrome; (6) Definite bacterial infection of the lesion; 4. The above course of disease was clinically diagnosed as ACLF patients treated with liver transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Without lesion but sepsis or bacteremia existed.
