Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults with allergic rhinitis and/or asthma have received or have not received firstline treatment in current clinical guidelines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. People who are allergic to one or more components of the potion; 3. Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. People not suitable to participate in the study for other reasons not mentioned.
