Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatient who had been diagnosed with ICD-10 depressive episode (F32) or recurrent depressive disorder (F33). The patient was assessed by visual analog scale and considered to have a =50% recovery before treatment. Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD-17 >7 points; 2. After the episode of depression, antidepressants are the main therapeutic drugs, the treatment time is = 8 weeks, and the cumulative interruption of treatment time is = 20%; 3. aged from 18 to 60 years old; 4. can use mobile phones and the Internet; 5. junior high school and above; 6. Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and other mental disorders associated with other diseases; 2. have more serious physical diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney; 3. have difficulty reading, illiterate or learning disabilities; 4. HAMD suicide entry score = 3 points.
