Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 60 years old with no significant visual or hearing impairment, have at least primary school education; 2. meet the MCI diagnostic criteria proposed by Petersen et al. [91], including: (1) the patient himself subjective report memory or cognitive function decline, or there is an insider to provide information to prove; (2) in the objective test, memory function (or other cognitive function) was impaired that was inconsistent with age and education level, that is, MoCA score < 26; (3) the overall cognitive function is relatively intact; (4) daily life function is not affected; (5) there is no dementia; 3. with clear consciousness and clear language expression; 4. voluntary participation and signing of informed consent after informed consent; 5. permanent residents in Huzhou city.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. those with a history of severe head trauma; 2. patients with a history of depression, anxiety and other mental diseases; 3. patients with cognitive enhancer antidepressants or alcohol dependence; 4. evidence of acute mental mental retardation or traumatic brain injury in patients with vascular dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease; 5. other neurological diseases and serious medical diseases that may cause brain dysfunction; 6. have participated in or are participating in other relevant researchers.
