45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 70 years; 2. idiopathic Parkinson's disease, H-Y score =2.0, =4.0; 3. the score of D2.37 in UPDRS =1; 4. MMSE score =24; 5. Do not change the type and dosage of the drug during the study period; 6. Ability to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of other central nervous system diseases such as stroke and intracranial tumors; 2. Taking antidepressant, anti-anxiety and antipsychotic drugs (affecting cerebral blood flow); 3. Bone and joint diseases that may cause gait disorders; 4. Peripheral vascular lesions that may cause gait disorders; 5. Other diseases that may cause gait disorders.
