Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with Crohn's disease diagnosed by the clinician; (2) aged more than 14 years; (3) hospitalized for 5 days or more; (4) able to communicate and communicate; (5) willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cognitive dysfunction; (2) pregnant or nursing mother; (3) did not meet the criteria of admission; (4) required to leave the hospital automatically.
