Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This experiment is a retrospective and observational study. Collecting the data of the emergency patients in our hospital from the clinical lab during 2 years (whose temperature are above 37.5 degrees Celsius, has been examined SAA, CRP). Through the case history, other auxiliary examination results, screening and other data to divide the patients into bacterial infection arm and non-bacterial infection arm, anticipating 300 cases, control arm (non-infected patients) 300 cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antibiotics were used prior to admission; malignant neoplasms, immune dysfunction; hematological diseases; a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the last 1 weeks;
