Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full-term newborns meeting the diagnostic criteria for neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia. The diagnostic criteria for neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia are: (1) fever or increased body temperature; (2) purulent sputum in the trachea and bronchus, smears staining visible bacteria; (3) new or progressive lungs on the chest X-ray Invasive lesions; (4) positive culture of tracheal secretions, colony count >106 / ml; If sputum culture as a bacteriological test specimen, you must have low-order white blood cells >25, squamous epithelial cells <10.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with severe systemic infections, respiratory malformations, and severe congenital heart disease.
