18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged at least 18 years old; (2) presence of hepatitis B surface antigen; (3) histologic staging of liver fibrosis from surgery operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) co-infection with HCV, HIV or other chronic liver disease; (2) regular consumption of 20g or more alcohol weekly; (3) previous liver surgery or liver transplantation; (4) inadequate adjacent liver tissue away from lesions for more than 2cm; (5) elastography failure; (6) portal or hepatic veins embolus.
