Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients, according to ADA diabetes diagnosis criteria in 2010, that is fasting plasma glucose (FPG) is more than 7.0mmol/L, or OGTT 2-hour plasma glucose (2hPG) is more than 11.1mmol/L, or glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) is more than 6.5%; Between 18 and 65 years old; Islet autoantibody negative; agreed to be hospitalized for CSII for about 2 weeks; During hospitalization, blood glucose reached the standard (FBS < 6.1 mmol/L, PBS < 7.8 mmol/L) and was maintained for 7-10 days;sign informed consent, and fully understand the test content, process and possible adverse reactions; be able to cooperate with regular interviewers as required by the test protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic acute complications (including diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar coma), active liver disease, renal insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency, acute infection, malignant tumor, pregnancy, has been used hypoglycemic drugs, islet autoantibody positive; used hypoglycemic drugs; a history of depression, drug abuse;the female subjects were either breastfeeding or pregnant.
