Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Subject: Xiangya Hospital of Central South University Hospital from February 1st, 2019 to June 30, 2019, and patients with heart valve replacement after initial use of warfarin, patients with atrial fibrillation. 2) Gender: Male or female, the patients included should have an appropriate gender ratio. 3) Aged 18 to 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Non-Han minority and other ethnic groups; patients with intravenous drug addiction and alcohol abuse history; patients with malignant tumors; patients with chronic liver and kidney disease; patients with thyroid disease (hyperthyroidism, etc.); two weeks before surgery Patients who take warfarin or VitK; have a history of bleeding before surgery, have blood system diseases such as thrombocytopenia, etc.; they must be combined with drugs known to have significant effects on warfarin, such as cimetidine. Rifampicin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and other drugs that affect blood coagulation; pregnant women; warfarin use contraindications such as warfarin allergy; patients with infective endocarditis; pathological obesity Patient; patient with mental illness; who has participated in other clinical trials in the past 30 days; base INR value > 1.4.
