Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) infertility female aged between 22 and 39 years; (2) meet DOR diagnostic criteria in Western medicine; (3) meet kidney deficiency diagnostic criteria in Chinese medicine; (4) willing and able to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) premature ovarian insufficiency, premature ovarian failure, ovarian tumor, endometrial tuberculosis, endometrial adhesion or endometrial lesion; congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome; (2) iatrogenic DOR, such as pelvic surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or uterine artery embolization, etc.; (3) Infertility due to tubal, uterine, cervical lesions; (4) Infertility due to male factors; (5) Severe cardio, liver, kidney diseases and any kind of malignancy; (6) Mental disorders; (7) Participated in and other clinical trials or used any hormonal drugs or any Chinese medicine within 1 months prior to study entry; (8) Allergic to any ingredient of the drug.
