Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 45-75 years old; 2. all patients underwent 3.0 MRI, the image is clear, MRI manifested as m agnetic resonance imaging (MRI), T2 weighted imaging and fluid attenuated inversion recovery , FLAIR) upper white matter high signal, Fazekas score = 2 or at least one lacunar infarct; 3. agreed to systematic cognitive and motor function evaluation; 4. can complete 3D gait analysis, Pro-Kin balance assessment, MMSE scale and Montreal Assessment Scale (MoCA), berg balance scale, Tinetti scale, Barthel index scale, Morse fall assessment scale; 5. Tinetti score <24; 6. lower limb muscle strength = 3; 7. blood pressure stability (100-160/60-100mmHg); 8. patients can understand the therapist or instrument instructions, and can complete the required actions; 9. agree to participate in the study, sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment: MoCA score <10 points; 2. There are uncorrectable vision, hearing impairment or other reasons, can not cooperate with the examiner, including those who can not undergo magnetic resonance examination; 3. possible cardiac embolism and aortic sclerosing cerebral infarction; 4. other abnormalities caused by gait, such as Spinal cord injury, peripheral neuropathy, infectious central nervous system disease, osteoarthrosis, etc.; 5. There are neurodegenerative or degenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases that may affect cognition; 6. other causes of white matter high signal, such as multiple sclerosis, metabolic or toxic encephalopathy, infection, etc.; 7. have serious bone and joint disease, affecting the active.
