Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed the informed consent form, voluntarily participated in this study, and did not participate in other clinical trials at the same time; 2. Aged at least 65 years old; 3. Anesthesiologists physical status class I or II,BMI<40 kg/m2; 4. Elective subtotal gastrectomy (endoscopic or laparotomy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. ASA grade III or above; 3. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, history of hyperthyroidism, pheochromocytoma; 4. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, hemodynamic instability; 5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease requires bronchodilators in patients, pulmonary hypertension; 6. Mean arterial pressure can seriously affect blood loss (controlled hypotension is required intraoperatively); 7. Take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for nearly a month, and recently use tricyclic antidepressants or monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
