Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According with western medicine diagnostic criteria of acute severe traumatic brain injury; 2. Aged 15-65 years old; 3. To be ddmitted to hospital within 24 hours after injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury associated with serious injury of other organs; 2. Unstable vital signs; 3. bilateral pupil dilation; 4. Dysfunction of cardiopulmonary,liver and kidney etc.; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Alcohol user; 7. long-term use of anticoagulant and anti-platelet drugs, Coagulation dysfunction; 8. Suffering from hematonosis, malignant tumors, etc.
