Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis; (2) Before enrollment, electronic gastroscopy and histopathology confirmed atrophy (inherent glandular reduction) and/or intestinal metaplasia (intestinal metaplasia) and/or mild to moderate dysplasia; (3) Aged 40 to 65 years old, men and women; (4) The subject informed, voluntarily signed the informed consent; Live locally, can ensure treatment follow-up, have a certain reading ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Autoimmune gastritis; (2) Gastric mucosa with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or pathological diagnosis suspected malignant changes; (3) Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, lung and blood system.
