Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subject meets NOHCM diagnosis standards verified by the echocardiogram; 2) Subject has significant clinical symptoms; 3) Subject receives poor effect after drug therapy or cannot tolerate side effects of medication; 4) Subject volunteers for the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject has combined diseases that must receive surgeries, including severe mitral valve lesions and coronary heart disease which requires coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. Subject has end-stage heart failure(After intensive anti-heart failure treatment, still symptoms of resting heart failure, and with left ventricular ejection fraction <40%); 3. Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
