Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In-or outpatients with CLDs or CRDs who achieved clinical discharge indicators (or referred out of the ICU indicators)16,17, but still had postoperative dyspnea or fatigue symptoms or decreased activity endurance compared with normal ones; (2) Be clear in consciousness and ability to master standardized 3MATS test and exercise-based PR trainings through systematic learning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Being unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 1 month; (2) left atrial thrombus; (3) Deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs, pelvic cavity, etc., without any filter; (4) Massive hemoptysis or hematemesis, the presence of asphyxiation risk factors, or clinical treatment requires strict bed rest or brake position; (5) Other conditions considered inappropriate by clinicians, respiratory therapists, or rehabilitation therapists for PR.
