Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PCOS Group: Pregnant women diagnosed with PCOS befor pregnancy; Control Group: Pregnant women with natural pregnancy, without PCOS and other endocrine disease before pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PCOS Group: Pregnant women with hyperprolactinemia, androgen secretion tumors, Cushing's syndrome, secondary 21 hydroxylase deficiency or thyroid disease, etc; Smoking or addicted to alcohol history, overweight (BMI > 30 kg/m2) or multiple pregnancies, etc.; Control Group: Pregnant women with Smoking or addicted to alcohol history, overweight (BMI > 30 kg/m2) or multiple pregnancies, etc.
