Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age (?65 years old), ASA I-III, Acute Hip Fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of hip surgery, severe hearing/visual impairment and other diseases can not cooperate, contraindication of spinal canal block, patients or family members do not agree with spinal canal block.
